When my husband and I decided to sell our home in the bay area, and relocate to the San Diego Area; I had already started looking at homes online. I had came across a real estate company and had signed up to look at some of the houses online. Kathy reached out to me stating who she was and if she could be of any help just call or email. There was no pushiness or communication, which I really appreciated. I finally made contact and she was pleasant and very knowledgable. Kathy succeeded my expectation as far as what a Realtor’s commitment to her job can be. I was selling my parent’s condo and at the same time buying a vacation home for our family. Where do I start? Kathy Huang, Our Best Experience Ever with a Realtor! She Never gave up on us; She never was upset with us. We say this because she worked with us for more than a year, we are from out of state and we had to fly in and drive there several times over this time she picked us up and organized our request along with her suggestions to view many places. We came close to buying a place, Kathy took us several times to the property we wanted to see it in day and night, then after all this we backed out. Then we would show up and she would again pick us up and put her through a lot of time helping us. We came out yet another time, and this time we finally decided to purchase a home. We had just two days left and had to sign documents, do the inspection, insurance, ask for repairs and could not be there for any of this. Kathy as we had complete CONFIDENCE IN and TRUSTED her took on COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY making sure she did all our due diligence. Kathy showed up for inspections and again to make sure repairs were done. She also went and took pictures before closing so we could see the home and what would be left making sure the sellers had done their due diligence. Then for closing she went again to the home got our keys and took final pictures and last but not least is keeping our keys until we can get back to Oceanside where she will again make another trip and meet us to give us our keys. Kathy helped us in buying our home 5 years ago when the market was low at a really good price. Now, when the market is good, she helped us in selling our home. She sold it in a weeks time and we had multiple offers! Since we are upgrading to a bigger home and our new home is still under construction, we did not want to move twice. So we had almost an impossible requirement that the buyer would allow us stay in our home for another 6 months after closing, till our new home is ready. We also wanted the highest price for our home. Kathy advised us the best time to put the home on the market and what all we needed to do to make the home look like a model home. When we were looking to sell my condo, we went on a limb, decided to contact a Realtor from an online service. And to our luck, Kathy’s info came up. We didn’t know where or how to start selling, but Kathy guided us through the way of getting our condo ready to sell. My family doubled overnight (had twins!) and I felt it was best to move into a more accommodating home and neighborhood. Kathy knew the market swings and guided us to get ready. The sale was at a time that the home sales market was on the downturn, when many similar homes were not selling at all. Kathy worked hard to get the home very visible. From the very first, Kathy went above and beyond in every aspect of the processes and every step of the way. She helped us prepare the home & property for selling by making many wonderful suggestions and going out of her way to actually help with getting things done in many instances. I was extremely fortunate to have Kathy Huang, Realtor, CPA, sell my rental property. During my initial meeting with her she came fully prepared with comps and recommended that I do some condo renovations, in order to maximize the selling price. She went up and beyond the call of duty. She utilized her contractors and service providers to help me sell the property. It was a huge undertaking considering that I was going on vacation out of the country for a month during the selling of the property. Kathy even accompanied me to purchase the granite, lighting, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and knew where the best deals were. She co-ordinated with the installation of the granite, carpeting, flooring, lighting, and painting, utilizing her contractor, and service providers, who were extremely professional, reliable, competent, and reasonably priced. She brought in her own props to stage the condo, and has a excellent eye for design. It showed like a designer home. All this was done within ONE WEEK. There were multiple offers several days after listing the property. The first offer fell through, and she was able to immediately secure a solid second offer.
